Customer Review: This along with 357 is probably the best tasting sauces out there, with the exception of Hababnero 750.

This claims to be 1 million scoville, or about 3 times hotter than 357, but I don't really find it to be that much hotter than 357. Mad Dog's Revenge tastes quite a bit like a fresh habanero pepper.
