The following shipping options are available for continental USA: Fed Ground/Smartpost, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day - your choice. For APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories, we only offer U.S. Mail service. (Select APO/FPO Alaska Hawaii as shipping method.) International orders are sent via USPS Mail, but please check your country's import restrictions before ordering. More details for each service are provided below.
Orders received by 10 am EST will, in most cases, be shipped within 48 hours. FireGirl ships Monday - Friday on most business days.
Lower 48 US States (not HI/AK/ PR)- Fedex Ground/SmartPost
Continential US orders are sent via FedEx Ground/SmartPost. Fedex Ground delivers to commercial locations Monday - Friday. Fedex SmartPost is a service where Fedex Ground picks up from here and USPS delivers to your home. Speed up your delivery by listing a commercial delivery address in shopping cart. Please allow upto 6-10 business days for ground delivery in mainland US, more for rural areas.

APO/FPO/Hawaii/AK/ PR as the shipping method in the shopping cart to faciliate US Mail shipping to AK/HI/PR. You can also select expedited delivery services (3Day Express Saver, 2nd Day or Standard Overnight) for Alaska and Hawaii. This shipping method works for US territories as well.
APO / FPO **
Shipping costs to APO / FPO are based on an approximation of US Mail rates. Expedited shipping is not available to APO / FPO addresses. Please list APO/FPO/Hawaii/AK as the shipping method in the shopping cart to faciliate proper shipping to you.
Expedited Shipping (and AK & HI)**
Expedited shipping (3-Day Express Saver, 2nd Day, and Standard Overnight) are based on the actual FedEx rate, calculated using our warehouse's zip code (19006), your zip code, and the weight of the sauces, plus a small handling fee. If you want an approximate price, use the
FedEx calculator. The following weights should help:
Regular hot sauce (5oz to 7oz): 1.25 lbs.
Regular salsa: (12oz to 15oz): 2.5 lbs.
Regular BBQ sauce: (12oz to 15oz): 2.5 lbs.
Within the US, the following options are available:

- FedEx 3-Day Express Saver
When Will My Package Arrive, if I choose Expedited Shipping?
If you order before 10AM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday, your package will, in most cases, be shipped the same day. Packages are shipped FedEx.
FedEx does deliver to homes on Saturday, however they donot count Saturday or Sunday when guaranteeing expedited shipping. For example, a package shipped overnight (next day air) on Friday, will arrive on Monday.
Canada **
Shipping costs to Canada are based on actual costs, with a small handling fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Canada charges an agricultural processing fee on food products which is not included in the shipping costs. Shipping fees do not include taxes or duties. In Canada, the options available are:

All Other Destinations (NON-USA, NON-CANADA)**
Please check with your country goverment on import restrictions. We cannot be responsible for customs issues arising from importing your order. Orders to NON USA, NON CANADA destinations are shipped via:
- United States Postal Service Priority Mail, where available. Where only Global Express is available, additional shipping charges may be added. You may check available USPS services to your country at the following website: www.USPS.com
