Continential US orders are sent via FedEx Ground. Commercial locations are delivered to Monday - Friday; Homes are delivered to Tuesday - Saturday. Shipping costs to Alaska /Hawaii/ Puerto Rico addresses are based on an approximation of US Priority Mail rates. Please list
APO/FPO/Hawaii/AK/ PR as the shipping method in the shopping cart to faciliate US Priority Mail shipping to AK/HI/PR. You can also select expedited delivery services (3Day Express Saver, 2nd Day or Standard Overnight) for Alaska and Hawaii. This shipping method works for US territories as well.
APO / FPO
Shipping costs to APO / FPO are based on an approximation of US Priority Mail rates. Expedited shipping is not available to APO / FPO addresses. Please list APO/FPO/Hawaii/AK as the shipping method in the shopping cart to faciliate proper shipping to you.
Expedited Shipping (and AK & HI)
Expedited shipping (3-Day Express Saver, 2nd Day, and Standard Overnight) are based on the actual FedEx rate, calculated using our warehouse's zip code (19006), your zip code, and the weight of the sauces, plus a small handling fee. If you want an approximate price, use the
FedEx calculator. The following weights should help:
Regular hot sauce (5oz to 7oz): 1.25 lbs.
Regular salsa: (12oz to 15oz): 2.5 lbs.
Regular BBQ sauce: (12oz to 15oz): 2.5 lbs.
Within the US, the following options are available:
- FedEx Standard Overnight (aka Next Day Air)
- FedEx 2nd Day
- FedEx 3-Day Express Saver
When Will My Package Arrive, if I choose Expedited Shipping?
If you order before 9AM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday, your package will, in most cases, be shipped the same day. Packages are shipped FedEx.
FedEx does deliver to homes on Saturday, however they donot count Saturday or Sunday when guaranteeing expedited shipping. For example, a package shipped overnight (next day air) on Friday, will arrive on Monday.
Canada
Shipping costs to Canada are based on actual costs, with a small handling fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Canada charges an agricultural processing fee on food products which is not included in the shipping costs. Shipping fees do not include taxes or duties. In Canada, the options available are:

All Other Destinations (NON-USA, NON-CANADA)
